Navigan is the exponent of all that I learned and was exposed to both personally and professionally. This is my business and it is a way for me to mentor key people and their companies using all that I have learned along the way. Navigan is an out-of-the-box journey to help companies, managers and investors to take better decisions, observe but do not judge, remove molasses accelerate and set challenging but achievable objectives. This journey allows all involved to experience more clearly who they are, where they are, where they are going and why.

 

I have managed various High Tech businesses in various phases of their life cycle. I organized, re-organized, scaled-up and down various organizations. I am known for my no nonsense, straight shooting from the heart attitude. I will tell you what it is, no sugar coating but always with a positive eye on improving and raising the bar. I always wanted to make a difference for the companies I worked for. To be able to do just that, I also had to learn to make a difference for the people that worked for me.

 

A special assignment allowed me to move to South-East Asia where I had the privilege to run a tech business from Singapore with Asian, European and US based teams in my organization. That 4-year experience changed my view on the world and accelerated my personal growth tremendously. I am very grateful to have had that opportunity. 

 

Me and my teams worked hard, dealing with top tier customers like Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, Canon, Scientific Atlanta, Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens, Philips, Huawei, Lenovo and so on. This life wasn’t always easy and managing was a global thing timing wise (three continents at once), but also plural in the cultural sense. Despite all of this I enjoy being a part of something bigger, something global.
